A security outfit in Anambra State has warned that it would go after women seen publicly without bras or panties.
The announcement was made publicly by a man with a loud speaker.
In the video shared online, the announcer explained that the order is from the state governor, Chukwuma Soludo.
He added that women seen publicly wearing just panties will also be arrested.
