Chelsea is still interested in Victor Osimhen.
The Blues are eager to sign the Nigeria international to Stamford Bridge this summer.
According to Caught Offside, Osimhen is a hot commodity this summer, and Chelsea is still interested in signing him.
However, the estimated €130 million release clause imposed by Napoli may pose an issue in any future move. The 24-year-old is currently one of the most dangerous attackers in international football, and Chelsea are looking for a new striker to assist them return to the top of the league.
While Nicolas Jackson did not live up to supporters’ expectations last season, Romelu Lukaku spent the 2023-24 season on loan at AS Roma and is no longer in Chelsea’s plans.
According to Caught Offside, Arsenal is not interested in signing Osimhen.
The striker and Napoli have agreed that he might leave the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium this summer.
Interestingly, Napoli are looking at Lukaku as a possible replacement for Osimhen, which could work in the west London side’s favour.
