The reconstruction of the boards and governing councils of federal universities, polytechnics, and education institutes has been approved by President Bola Tinubu.
Nnamdi Mbaeri, the Permanent Secretary of General Services at the Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, made this announcement on Friday.
He mentioned that the efficient administration of Nigerian postsecondary educational institutions nationwide received praise.
The statement read, “His Excellency, President Bola Tinubu, has approved the reconstitution of Governing Councils and Boards of Federal Universities, Polytechnics, and Colleges of Education for the effective management of Nigerian tertiary institutions across the country.”
