Veteran Nigerian actor Jimi Solanke will be buried at a private cemetery on Friday, April 5.
His family confirmed the arrangement for his interment on Tuesday.
The funeral service will take place at the Methodist Church Nigeria in Ipara-Remo, Ogun State.
Solanke died on Monday, February 5, 2024, at the age of 81.
The week-long activities will commence with a choral concert at Ibudo Asa, Ipara Remo, on Monday, April 1, 2024, alongside events like a night of tribute at Freedom Park, Lagos, candlelight processions at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State, and Ipara-Remo, Ogun State.
On Saturday, April 6, there will be cultural and masquerade displays, among other programmes.
The burial events will end on April 7, 2024, with a thanksgiving service.
