Victor Osimhen might miss Napoli’s Serie A match against Inter Milan on Sunday owing to a muscular ailment.
The Partenopei confirmed in an official statement on Friday that Osimhen practiced separately from his teammates owing to a muscular injury sustained in Tuesday’s UEFA Champions League match against Barcelona.
The Nigerian international now has one day to prove his fitness ahead of the game against Inter Milan.
Osimhen has scored 13 goals in 24 appearances across all competitions this season.
Napoli sits 7th in the Serie A table, seven points below 4th-placed Bologna.
