Media personality, Oladotun Kayode, popularly known as Do2dtun, has encouraged men to invest in themselves while trying to support others, saying that is what they are usually judged by.

He made this known in a post via his X on Thursday, March 7, saying that men are the least considered on the food chain, as he urged men to ‘take care’ of themselves.

He wrote: “Men invest in yourself. As much as you want the best for your partner and kids, think about yourself too. The sad reality is, we are the least considered on the food chain. We are judged by what we provide or have. So, as you provide for others, provide for yourself too.

“Men, whatever you do for your partner, see it as a responsibility, not as an investment. Reduce your expectations and increase your strength to build. What kills a man is a disappointment.

“You will have no regrets if only you chose the right person if you did not start restructuring.”
