Singer, Oluwajuwonlo Iledare, popularly known as Jaywon, has knocked his colleague, Grammy-winning artiste, Burna Boy, for claiming nobody paved way for him.
He said this in a recent episode of the ‘TejuBabyface DeepDive Podcast’ shared on Tuesday, February 27.
According to Jaywon, it is madness for Burna Boy to say that noone paved way for him in the industry.
He said in part: “It’s like Burna saying nobody paved way for him. How do you say that? It’s a very wrong thing to say, you don’t understand, it’s madness.
“That means you’re saying from when you were little till now, noone has inspired you. And some people will say, ‘somebody inspires you is different from somebody open doors for you’.
“Tell me, if somebody do not do it first, where do people behind learn from?.
“Davido once gave you a chain, a 30BG chain, to Burna boy, that is a huge contribution to his career.”
