The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, RCCG, Pastor Enoch Adeboye, paid a condolence visit to the parents of the late Chief Executive Officer of Access Holdings, Herbert Wigwe.
Adeboye visited Wigwe’s parents, Pastor and Mrs Shyngle in Port Harcourt, Rivers State over the weekend.
In a Facebook post, the RCCG G.O prayed that Wigwe’s memory would be a source of comfort to the family.
According to the post: “In heartfelt solidarity a visit filled with warmth offering condolences to Pastor and Mrs. Shyngle Wigwe on the loss of their beloved son, his wife and grandson who passed away over the weekend.
“May his memory be a source of comfort in these difficult times to the Family and RCCG City of David Family in Jesus name.”
Also on ground during the visit was Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State and the founder of Dangote groups, Aliko Dangote.
Wigwe, his wife Doreen, his son Chizi, and a former Group Chairman of the Nigerian Stock Exchange, Abimola Ogunbanjo, lost their lives in the fatal crash.
The Airbus Helicopter EC130B4 crashed at a border town between California and Nevada.
