For him, “Orientation is a journey and you cannot be begin a journey untill you know where you are going to. So the first thing to do is to define oir destination before we start the journey of Orientation. When we dream up this charter, we can comfortably say that we are Orientation our people towards achieving the values we already set for our selves ”

He pledged to make available to the NIPR a draft copy of the National Value Charter for their inputs believing that to be important in drawing a document that reflect the views of all stakeholders.

The Dg also told his guests of the Agency’s plans to set up a citizens Brigade that will lead the grassroots campaign in our schools and communities. The Brigade will also ensure that young people at impressionable age understand what being a Nigerian means.
