In a joyous celebration, Honorable Funso Jide Adekunle, the Senatorial Chairman of the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) in Ogun East Senatorial Districts, extended heartfelt congratulations to Otunba Niyi Ogunyoye.
This distinguished figure was recently crowned as the Baba Ewe of St. James Anglican Church, Mobalufon Arch Deaconry, Ijebu Ode, Ogun State.
Known for his role as the NNPP House of Assembly Candidate representing Ijebu Ode State Constituency in the 2023 General Election, Honorable Adekunle spoke highly of Otunba Ogunyoye’s entrepreneurial prowess as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of NEYO WORLDS PLC.
While being interviewed by our correspondent after the event today, Saturday, 25 November, 2023, Honorable Adekunle emphasized Ogunyoye’s exemplary leadership skills, describing him as an outstanding individual worthy of emulation.
He lauded Ogunyoye’s gentility, homely demeanor, and accommodating character, portraying him as an ideal mentor for those aspiring to tread the path of success.
Sharing a personal connection, Honorable Adekunle revealed, “Ogunyoye is my intimate friend. We were roommates in the university days at Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye.”
The coronation ceremony was attended by Honorable Fushi, accompanied by notable figures such as Comrade Azeez Adeleke Adekoya, the Chairman of NNPP Ijebu Ode Local Government, and Comrade Idris Gbagba, the Organizing Secretary of NNPP Ijebu Ode Local Government.
The festive occasion brought together Ogunyoye’s wife, children, family, relatives, and friends, creating a momentous celebration of his significant achievement as the Baba Ewe of St. James Anglican Church.
