Veteran singer Ahmedu Augustine Obiabo, aka Blackface, has accused YBNL boss Olamide and his signee, Asake, of stealing his songs.

Speaking in the latest episode of The Honest Bunch Podcast, the former Plantashun Boiz member said Olamide, in particular, has jacked many songs in his career.

He said, “Olamide and Asake steal songs. Olamide has stolen many songs in his career. He jacked ‘Don’t Stop’ from my song ‘Killa’.”

Blackface also accused Wizkid and Burna Boy of stealing their collaborative hit song ‘Ginger’ from him.

He insisted that ‘Ginger’ was inspired by his song ‘Twist & Turn.’

The veteran singer said other artists not only stole his lyrics but also jacked the sounds he created.

He said when he wanted to use the beat of P-Square’s ‘Do Me’ for his song ‘Erima’, he took permission from the producer, Joe.

Blackface, however, said he doesn’t mind writing songs for Nigerian artists, especially Davido if properly approached.

The veteran singer added that he has been trying to collaborate with Tiwa Savage for years, but she hasn’t responded to him.
