Nyesom Wike, a former governor of Rivers State, has criticized Mr. Peter Obi for rejecting the ruling of the presidential election tribunal.
When he was ousted from office as governor of Anambra State, Wike claimed that Obi should reveal to the entire world if he paid a bribe to recover his mandate in court.
After the Labour Party, LP, presidential candidate contested the decision of the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal upholding Bola Tinubu’s win, the former chief executive of Rivers addressed on Channels TV.
Both Peter Obi and the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP’s standard bearer, Atiku Abubakar, have rejected the court judgment and have announced their decision to further seek justice at the Supreme Court.
“Did Peter Obi not win at the Supreme Court when he was removed as governor? Did he pay bribe? Let him tell the world now,” Wike said.
“When he was removed as a governor, did he not reclaim his mandate at the Supreme Court?
“Judiciary was right but now that the decision happened, judiciary is wrong.”
