The Moroccan midfielder did not sign in time to play this weekend.
Red Devils manager Erik ten Hag, on the other hand, will have Sergio Reguilon, Jonny Evans, and Altay Bayindir available.
There could be a fourth new face playing for United this Sunday, too, after Rasmus Hojlund was pictured with the squad.
Ten Hag’s men arrive at the Emirates having won two of their first three league fixtures.
