The Governor of Ogun State, Dapo Abiodun, said he has shown deep support to all the 20 Local Government Areas across the state, providing them with the enabling environment to thrive.
The governor said this during the visit of members of the Association of Local Government of Nigeria, Ogun State Chapter, who came to tender their unreserved apology over the recent remarks made by one of them, Mr. Wale Adedayo.
The Governor made this known in a post on his Facebook page on Tuesday.
Sharing photos from the visit, he said, “We have received in audience, members of the Association of Local Government of Nigeria (ALGON), Ogun State Chapter, who came to tender their unreserved apology over the recent remarks made by one of them, Mr. Wale Adedayo.
“In the last four years, we have consistently shown deep support to all the Twenty Local Government Areas across the state, providing them with the enabling environment to thrive and carry out different developmental initiatives that would make life more meaningful to the rural dwellers and our people at the grassroot level.
“As an administration that is fully committed to the improved standard of living and general wellbeing of the masses, we will keep striving for a better society that would bring about even socio-economic development.”
