Josh Alfred, aka Josh2Funny, a popular Nigerian comedian, has said that his recent appearance on the TV reality program America’s Got Ability was not to fight for awards, but to display his ability.
Metrowatchxtra.com reports that Josh2Funny, known for his humorous audition sketches, recently appeared on the world’s greatest stage, America’s Got Talent.
The organizers, he claims, invited him to the concert for comedic relief.
The skit maker disclosed this in a recent interview with Punch.
He said, “I was invited to the show to do what I do. I went there to display ‘Josh2funny’, which is what my comedy is about.”
The 32-year-old comedian thrilled the audience with three hilarious performances as a fast reader, a fast rapper and a magician on the reality show.
Though most of the judges appeared confused by his comic performance and gave him a “no” in all three attempts, Simon gave Josh a “yes” in his last attempt, commending his hilarious skills.
