Randy Waldrum, head coach of the Super Falcons, has indicated that his team would use their athleticism to defeat England in their Round of 16 match.

On Monday, the nine-time African winners will face England in the quarter-finals at Lang Park in Brisbane.

England thrashed China 6-1 in their last group game on Tuesday to demonstrate their title credentials.

Waldrum asserted that the European champions utilized their might to defeat the Chinese in the match.

The American said that the Super Falcons will use their speed and power to defeat Sarina Wiegman’s team.

“The one difference between us and China is that they don’t have our speed and our strength,” the American told reporters.
“China was organised but England was too powerful and played around them.
