On Tuesday, President Bola Tinubu met with Former President Goodluck Jonathan at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.
Governors Hope Uzodimma (Imo), Dapo Abiodun (Ogun), and AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq (Kwara) accompanied Jonathan during the meeting.
Jonathan’s return to the Villa comes little over a month after his visit on June 13.
Speaking on the reason for his visit, the former president said, “I came to brief the president about some continental and subcontinental bodies
“I am the ECOWAS mediator for Mali and I’m the chair of the West African Elders Forum. So, there are certain issues bordering on the continent and the subregion that I discuss with various presidents.”
