Guinness World Records’ holder, Hilda Effiong Bassey, alias Hilda Baci, has revealed the amount she spent to organise her cook-a-thon.
Recall that the 26-year-old Nigerian chef was today confirmed by Guinness World Records as the holder for longest cooking by an individual.
According to her, she spent over N80 million for her cook-a-thon.
She was reacting to the allegation by a brand that she breached a N3 million deal for a meet-and-greet event in Abuja.
Baci denied she ever had such agreement in place, stating she spent over N80 million for her cook-a-thon event.
She said: “I spent over N80m of my hard earned money for my cookathon so people could eat and drink for free.”
