Barely 24 hours after his inauguration, the Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara has submitted the names of four commissioner-nominees to the State Assembly for screening and confirmation.
The nominees include: Professor Zaccheaus Adangor, SAN; Dr Dakorinama George-Kelly, Hon Isaac Kamalu and Professor Chinedu Mmon.
The Governor’s letter was read at the floor of the Rivers Assembly at the resumption of plenary on Tuesday.
Fubara was on Monday 29th May sworn-in as Rivers Governor, replacing immediate-past Governor Nyesom Wike.
