The owner of Hilton Hotel, in Osun, Dr Rahmon Adedoyin and six staff of the hotel have been found guilty of murder of a postgraduate student of the Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife, Timothy Adegoke.
The court presided over by the Chief judge of Osun State, Justice Oyebola Ojo, on Tuesday, found Adedoyin and three of his staff guilty of murder and conspiracy.
Ojo held that circumstantial evidence confirmed Adedoyin with his staff killed Adegoke and tried to conceal the situation.
METROWATCHXTRA.COM recalls that Adegoke was found killed in Adedoyin’s hotel where he had lodged sometime in 2021, days after he was declared missing.
The Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) student of OAU had travelled from Abuja to Ile-Ife to write his final examination before his killing.
