President-elect, Bola Tinubu and his deputy, Kashim Shettima, on Wednesday afternoon moved to the Defence Guest House in Maitama District of Abuja.
The Defence House is the official operational base of President-elects till their formal inauguration on May 29.
President Muhammadu Buhari had in 2015, ahead of his inauguration, also lodged at the same location before he moved into his official residence at the Aso Rock Villa.
Meanwhile, Tinubu is expected to continue to receive briefings and hold key meetings as President-elect from the Defence House.
