The Federal Government has declared Friday, April 21 and Monday, April 24, 2023 as Public Holidays to mark this year’s Eid-el-Fitri celebration by Muslim faithfuls.

Government made the declaration through the Minister of Interior, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola, on Wednesday, in Abuja.

Eid-el-Fitr marks the end to the month-long Ramadan fast, and the commencement of Shawaal, the 10th month of the Islamic lunar calendar.
