The Peoples Democratic Party’s Kogi State Chapter has refuted media allegations that Dino Melaye has been suspended.
The PDP stated that it never considered suspending the governorship candidate in a statement issued by Farouk Yahaya, the party’s state secretary.
In the statement, Yahaya urged those attempting to stir up strife and mayhem inside the PDP to stop, noting that the party is still firmly focused on the upcoming primary.
He asked Party members and the broader public to ignore the false information, pointing out that it is not news at all.
