The Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal (PEPT) in Abuja has listed some motions — emanating from the Saturday, February 25, 2023 presidential election — for hearing this afternoon.
One of such motion was filed by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) seeking to vary the orders granted the candidates of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and Labour Party (LP), Atiku Abubakar and Peter Obi to inspect materials used for the polls.
Also listed for hearing today is the motion by Peter Obi and the LP “for leave to carry out a digital forensic and physical inspection of BVAS, etc.”
It also include the motions by the President-elect, Bola Tinubu and the All Progressives Congress (APC) for an order to inspect materials used for the last presidential election.
