The All Progressive Congress (APC) has won the presidential election amidst wild spread protest by the Peoples Democrat party PDP
Announcing the results in the results Centre, Professor Jude Rabo of the Federal University Wukari, said that the APC scored 252,282 votes to defeat three other top contending parties.
He told the journalists and observers that “total Registered Voters in last Saturday’s elections was 2,497, 337 while only 498,543 got the required accreditation.
Other top contenders in the race were Labour Party (LP) 7,205, New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) 4,626, with the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) having 190,921.
Tinubu won in 23 Local Government Areas (LGAs), while Atiku won in four.
Labour Party (LP) Peter Obi came third with 7,205 votes, while his New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNNP) rival, Rabiu Kwankwaso polled 4,626 votes.

Accredited voters – 499, 543 were
Valid votes – 465, 287 while
Rejected votes – 32, 658
Total votes cast – 497, 945
