Candidate of the Labour Party (LP) in the Saturday’s presidential election, Mr. Peter Obi, has won the presidential poll in Plateau State.
Obi polled 466,272 votes to defeat his rivals, Bola Tinubu of the APC who scored 307,195 votes, and PDP’s Atiku Abubakar, who secured 243, 808 votes.
He won in eleven out of the 17 Local Government Areas (LGAs) of the Plateau State, while Tinubu and Atiku won three LGAs respectively.
