Presidential candidates of the various political parties in Saturday’s presidential election have signed the second peace accord barely 72 hours to the exercise, at a ceremony witnessed by President Muhammadu Buhari.

Among the candidates include Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP; Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress, APC; Peter Obi of the Labour Party, LP; Rabiu Kwankwaso of the New Nigeria Peoples Party, NNPP, among others.

The ceremony was equally witnessed by former South African President, Thabo Mbeki; former Kenyan President, Uhuru Kenyatta; Malawi’s former President, Joyce Hilda Banda and Commonwealth Secretary-General Patricia Scotland and European Union, Head of Delegations, Ms. Samuela Isopi.
