The Federal Court of Appeal sitting in Owerri, the Imo State capital, has reinstated Prof. Greg Ibe as governorship candidate of the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) for the March 11, 2023 governorship election in Abia State.
The court’s ruling on Friday, comes barely 48 hours after another court of appeal in Abuja, on Wednesday, sacked the Gregory University, Uturu Chancellor with a declaration that APGA has no candidate for the governorship election in Abia.
Friday’s latest ruling was delivered by Hom. Justice H. A. Bola of the Federal Court of Appeal in Owerri, Imo State.
