President Muhammadu Buhari has relieved Mr. Effiong Okon Akwa from office as the Interim Administrator of Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC).
In a letter, signed by Director of Press, Ministry of Niger Delta Affairs, Patricia Deworitshe, the Federal Government said the disengagement is with immediate effect.
It also said that the President has approved the constitution of management team and governing board for the Commission.
