The All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu has taken over the Abuja campaign office of President Muhammadu Buhari, in Abuja.
This is coming days after Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi State donated his presidential campaign office to the ruling party’s presidential candidate.
The Buhari campaign office, which was opened for the president in 2019, was donated to Tinubu days after his emergence as the APC standard bearer for the 2023 general elections.
This is according to a statement by leader of the Tinubu Support Group, James Faleke, a member of the House of Representatives and Tinubu’s agent at the APC presidential primary.
Faleke disclosed that the campaign office, which is situated in the Central Business District of Abuja, is well equipped with Information and Communication Technology as well as a database, call centre among others.
He added that the donated office has now been converted to Tinubu Campaign Headquarters, while other existing outlets would become annexes.
