The All Progressives Congress (APC) has vowed to punish its national leader and presidential aspirant, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, over his utterances against President Muhammadu Buhari.
National Chairman of the ruling party, Senator Abdullahi Adamu, made the disclosure while speaking with journalists on Saturday.
Tinubu was seen in a viral video Tuesday detailing how he helped the President and other APC leaders become who they are today particularly in winning elective positions.
Although, the former Lagos governor later issued a statement to apologise to the President.
But briefing journalists at the national secretariat of APC, in Abuja, Adamu said the apology tendered is not enough.
“We may punish him (Tinubu) for his utterances against the President,” he said.
