The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) has issued certificate of incorporation to the trustees of Asaba Technical College Alumni Association.

The trustees are Mrs Clara Okafor, Barrister Cosy Ifechi, Chief Emmanuel Onwumere and Mr. Collins Edomaruse.

Speaking on the development, Onwumere, who is the President of the Association, said the issuance of the certificate will act as the life wire to galvanise the institution’s old students under one roof.

He expressed gratitude to God for the grace to bring all old students, most of whom graduated from the school over 40 years ago, under one roof.
