The national chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, Professor Nentawe Yilwatda, has boasted that President Bola Tinubu will win the 2027 general elections.
Yilwatda spoke during an interview on Sunday Politics, a programme on Channels Television.
According to him, President Tinubu is far better than the African Democratic Congress, ADC, presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar.
He added that President Tinubu introduced tax laws that have benefitted the poorest of the poor in the country.
“We have done our polls that give us real statistics across the states showing that President Tinubu is going to win this election.
“We are closing gaps every day. Even though we are leading, we said we need to improve.
“My problem with the opposition is that they only do shows. They only come on television and gather people. Now they don’t even have rallies. They will just gather about 10 people to come out and wear some T-shirts,” he said.
