Mohammed Kasim, the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), has won the Gwagwalada Area Council chairmanship election in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
Philip Akpen, the returning officer of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), announced the result on Sunday morning.
