Super Eagles head coach Éric Chelle has unveiled his starting lineup for tonight’s 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifier against Gabon.
First-choice goalkeeper Stanley Nwabali, as expected, will be between the posts.
The two full-backs are Bright Osayi-Samuel and Zaidu Sanusi, while Fulham star Calvin Bassey will pair with Benjamin Fredrick in central defence.
Wilfred Ndidi, who will captain the team, will take charge of midfield duties alongside Alex Iwobi, who will make his 90th appearance for the Super Eagles.
The trio of Moses Simon, Samuel Chukwueze, and Jerome Akor will support Victor Osimhen in attack.
