Rivers State of Emergency: Soldiers Arrest Man for Filming Patrol Operation

As the state of emergency kicks off in Rivers, a man has been arrested by soldiers for recording them during a patrol.

The video was posted on X as people lamented over military rule.

In the video, a voice can be heard describing the scene, saying: “See what is happening in Rivers State. Someone was recording, and the person got caught. A person holding a camera was stopped and arrested by soldiers. Soldiers are everywhere in Rivers State.”
