In an impressive and star studded event in London on last Sunday night Dr Olukoya was conferred with GAB Platinum Award.
This was at the 26th Annual Gathering of Africa’s Best (GAB) Awards – an event founded in 1999 by Trumpet Media Group (Britain’s widest-reaching African media organisation) to combat the international media’s negative stereotypes against Africa and Africans.
The GAB Awards showcases Africa’s Best and rewards excellence among Africans in the Continent and in the Diaspora.
The GAB Awards is one of the most prestigious and coveted awards within the Diaspora African community.
The award was received on behalf of the Dr Olukoya by his wife Dr Folashade Olukoya
