MultiChoice Group has announced that the channels will broadcast all 52 games of the forthcoming African Cup of Nations (AFCON).
DSTV Nigeria made this announcement via its official X handle on Wednesday.
The tweet reads, “No gree for anybody! Watch all 52 matches of the #afcon2023 on @supersports.
The company stated that the broadcasting rights are “non-exclusive,” adding that the matches will “be available on most bouquets on DStv and GOtv”.
This comes a few weeks after MultiChoice disclosed that it failed to acquire the broadcasting rights for AFCON.
The company was beaten to the broadcasting rights by New World TV, a Togolese audio-visual group.
