An 18-year-old learner driver (name withheld) has knocked down a pedestrian in a housing estate in Lagos State.
The incident, which happened on Saturday, resulted in a “serious” fracture, the Lagos State Police Command revealed on Sunday.
A tweet on the command’s X page reads, “In a Lagos housing estate yesterday, an 18-year-old learner driver knocked down a pedestrian, resulting in a serious fracture.
“Please learn to drive the right way, at the right place, and most importantly, in the presence of an experienced instructor.”
