Azeez Fashola, also known as Naira Marley, and Lagos socialite Balogun Eletu, also known as Sam Larry, were remanded to police custody by a magistrate court in the Yaba area of Lagos State on Wednesday.
In order to complete their investigation, the Lagos State Police Command asked that Fashola and the others be held in custody for 30 days.
Fashola and the others, on the other hand, were only ordered to be held on remand for 21 days by Magistrate Adeola Olatunbosun.
