Mohamed Salah, a star for Liverpool, has allegedly been offered a deal of €180 million (£155 million) over two seasons to move to Al-Ittihad.

Al-Ittihad is now in negotiations with Salah’s agents to explore a potential move before the conclusion of the summer window, according to the Saudi television station Al-Riyadiah.

According to the source, the Saudi Arabian club is prepared to make Liverpool an offer of £60 million to recruit Salah.

Al-Ittihad, who won the Saudi Pro League (SPL) title last season, has already bolstered their roster this summer with the additions of Karim Benzema, N’Golo Kante, and Jota.

While Fabinho departed the Reds to join Al-Ittihad last week, Liverpool had already lost Jordan Henderson to Al-Ettifaq.

Salah’s current Liverpool contract will finish at the conclusion of the 2024–2025 campaign.
