The Chief Justice of Nigeria, Olukayode Ariwoola, delivered the oath of office to President-elect Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
This comes only minutes after the oath of office was delivered to Vice President-elect Kashim Shettima.
Tinubu won the 2023 presidential election after defeating the likes of Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Peter Obi of the Labour Party, LP, and Rabiu Kwankwaso of the New Nigeria Peoples Party, NNPP.
