Tinubu clears Makinde’s Oyo, floors Atiku, Obi in all 33 LGAs

Presidential Candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu, has been declared the winner of Saturday’s presidential election in Gov. Seyi Makinde’s Oyo State.

According to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Tinubu polled a total of 449,884 votes, securing all the 33 local government areas in the PDP-controlled state.

Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate, Atiku Abubakar came second with 182,977 votes, while Labour Party (LP) Peter Obi took third position with 99,110 votes.
