A former Minister of Niger Delta Affairs under ex-President Goodluck Jonathan, Mr Godsday Orubebe, has formally joined the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Delta State.

The development is coming weeks after the ‘dramatic’ ex-Minister formally resigned his membership of the main opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) over 2023 elections concerns.

Meanwhile, Orubebe said he is in the APC to deliver the party’s candidates, especially three candidates in the Burutu Local Government Area of Delta state in the 2023 general elections.

He boasted that resources to prosecute the forthcoming elections will be provided.

The APC LGA Chairman in Burutu, Moni Seikemienghan Moni thanked Orubebe for joining the party just as he expressed confidence that he (Orubebe) in addition is a big plus to the party.
