A video has emerged on the internet showing Shina Peller laying curses on Abdulfatai Buhari, winner of the Oyo North senatorial primary election of the All Progressives Congress, APC, for the 2023 polls.
While Peller, a sitting member of the House of Representatives managed to poll just five delegates votes, Buhari won with a landslide, polling 570 votes.
Peller, apparently pained by his loss said the ticket won by Buhari would ‘liquidate’ in his hands before the election, invoking God’s name.
He said the Oke-Ogun people have been held captive by Buhari and said God will free the people.
The lawmaker also said the Electoral Act allows a seven-month campaign window, hinting that he may seek election on another party platform.
